Henrik comes with invaluable commercial expertise and knowledge in the IT sector and has been impressed with the Prestige Valuations Claims on Line and Validator software.
Henrik has been a Commercial Adviser with four decades of experience – first as an IT systems engineer and salesman, second and third decades as a Founder CEO of four separate IT start-ups, and currently as a Commercial Adviser from 2003. Henrik undertake business projects including Company sales, mergers and acquisition, re-organisation and re-structuring, negotiation of complex deals, and commercial litigation with a very high success rate.

Tim has been in the Jewelry and Insurance industry now for over 25 years. In 1982 Tim started a career in the Diamond Industry selling diamonds to manufacturers and jewellers whilst working closely with the Insurance Industry. Tim has a huge amount of experience and understanding of the jewelry claims process. His experience in replicating bespoke items has been widely acclaimed within the industry.

Ash comes from a third generation of Asian jewellers who has a wealth of experience in manufacturing jewelry and selling diamonds. After 15 years with Prestige Valuations, providing jewelry valuations and replacement services, Ash has always been at the forefront of manufacturing diamond and coloured stone rings for the Asian community. Having a deep and thorough understanding of all the manufacturing techniques used to make Asian jewelry combined with his knowledge of gems makes Ash a unique asset to Prestige Valuations.

Susan is a highly experienced valuer of Antiques, fine art, and contemporary furnishings, with over 25 years experience at leading auction houses and international loss adjusters. She has a wide understanding of the claims process and restoration and acquisition of Artworks. Susan is also known for her appearances on television programmes such as Bargain Hunt, and Boot Fair Challenge.

Mark has provided our expert home visiting valuation service for the last 15 years. He has immense knowledge of modern jewelry and watches. He also oversees the design and manufacture of very complex items of jewelry ranging from diamond tiaras to sophisticated 3 colour stone set necklets, employing the skills of casters, setters, model makers, mounters and polishers to stunning effect. Mark recently scored 3rd highest ever on the GIA Diamond Grading Course.

Chris has come into the industry with a passion for excellent and honest service, qualities shared with the whole team at Prestige Valuations. Having fallen in love with jewelry whilst shopping for his wife's engagement ring, Chris has since earned his Professional Jewellers Diploma through the NAJ and GIA Graduate Diamonds Degree among the top of his classes. Chris is always happy to share his expertise with clients and shed some light on any questions they may have.

Lauren joined last year and brings an in-depth knowledge of Jewelry and the world of Gems. Having passed out with very high grades, we are pleased that Lauren chose us to work with.
She is passionate about Gems and Jewelry and has always been an avid reader on the subject and enjoys Gem testing and identification using all the latest equipment.

Beverley has been employed by the Directors of Prestige Valuations for over 20 years and during this time has built up a vast amount of knowledge about the jewelry claims process and managed thousands of claims.
Bev will also be your first point of contact when requesting a valuation and will provide initial advice.

Clare has been working for Prestige Valuations as production manager for the last 10 years and has in-depth knowledge in sourcing and grading diamonds and coloured stones which has been built up over a lifetime in the Jewelry industry.
This background and experience has provided Clare with an outstanding knowledge of the Jewelry manufacturing process including design, remodelling and repairs.
Clare gets most satisfaction from producing high quality jewelry from the design to completion.

We are very pleased to welcome Sophie to our team.
Sophie has a keen interest in asset investment, watches, jewelry and art. Her working background is in Customer Service and Retail Training, as well as Accredited Assessing and Quality Assurance Management.
We believe that her unique combination of product knowledge and experience in customer engagement will be a fantastic asset to Prestige Valuations.

Igor comes from a background working in Office administration and organisation and has always shown an interest in Jewelry and Watches. He has even tried his hand at designing jewelry!
Igor has recently passed a Jewelry Valuation course and fully understands the process and protocols involved.
His enthusiasm and quest for knowledge are really inspiring and his knowledge of precious gems is increasing on a daily basis. Igor is a real asset to Prestige Valuations and a valuable member of the Team!
