How valuation is carried for postal orders
STEP1:We take photos of the package received.
STEP2:We create a short video whilst package is being opened by us.
STEP3:We create a document of valuables received and verify it with your order.
STEP4:Email you all the above details before starting with valuation.
STEP5:After collecting all necessary information about each item (including photographing each piece), all your valuables are safely packed and return via secure post.
STEP6:You will receive an invoice, and, upon receipt of payment, your valuation will be sent via email in PDF format which can easily be printed or emailed and passed onto your insurer.
Note: If you are sending it yourself, please use special signed for delivery in order to track the package.
We always recommend you to choose insurance option before handing over valuables to the delivery company.
